Ultra-fast MPPT tracking

Especially under cloudy skies when the light intensity is constantly changing, the ultra-fast MPPT algorithm can improve energy harvesting by 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.

Improved "Maximum Power Point" detection in partial shading

In the case of partial shading, two or more Maximum Power Points (MPPs) can appear on the current-voltage curve. Traditional MPPT tends to choose native MPP. However, this may not be the optimal MPP. The SmartSolar device's innovative algorithm always maximizes energy production by tuning to the optimal MPP.

Highlights - View real-time data on your smartphone! Built-in Bluetooth Smart: No dongle required

Smartphones that support Bluetooth can display various data in real time. Wireless solution for setting up, monitoring and updating controls with Apple and Android smartphones, tablets or other devices.
Compared to the BlueSolar controller, the Bluetooth interface is already installed here, so no additional accessories need to be purchased.

Intelligent battery management with the BatteryLife algorithm

The intelligent BatteryLife algorithm monitors the state of charge of the battery and slightly increases the threshold for switching off the load every day until a constant voltage is reached. From this point onwards, the threshold for switching off the load is set in such a way that a constant voltage is reached about once a week. Compared to traditional battery algorithms, the BatteryLife algorithm extends the life of your battery, which always switches between "partial charge" and "full charge" (due to low self-discharge).

load output

Battery overcharging can be prevented by connecting all loads to the load output.
The load output disconnects the load when the battery discharges to a certain voltage level.
Alternatively, another algorithm for intelligent Battery management can be selected. The load output is safe from short circuits.
