Warranty case

When am I entitled to the warranty?

  • Product errors and defects
  • Defect on receipt (DOA)

Please fill out our Return/Refund Form Online to register the warranty case. Have the following information ready: error description, serial number, order number, photos and other information that can help us with processing. As soon as the case has been registered with the manufacturer, you will receive an e-mail from us with information on the further procedure and the RMA number. If you have any questions or are unclear, please contact us via our contact form or by email at rma@oneten.ch.

Revocation

What items can I return?

  • Within the return period (in principle 30 days from the invoice date)
  • Product is in its original packaging and in its original condition (packaging, product and original enclosures/accessories)

What items can I return?

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

  • Item is damaged
  • Original packaging not available
  • Accessories are missing

Shipping is at the expense and risk of the customer. Send us an email with an exact error description or return reason, serial number, order number, photos and other information that can help us with processing. Once the case has been registered with us, you can return the item to our warehouse (NOT our office) and email us the delivery at rma@oneten.ch report.
