Solar power walkthrough:
The EasySolar combines an MPPT solar charge controller, inverter/charger and AC distribution in a single device. The installation of the device is easy and only a little wiring is required.
The solar charge controller:
SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 Up to three PV panel strings can be connected with three sets of MC4 (PV-ST01) PV connectors. The MultiPlus Compact 12/1600/70 or 24/1600/40 Inverter/Charger The MPPT charge controller and the MultiPlus Compact Inverter/Charger share the same DC battery cables (supplied). The batteries can be charged with solar power (SmartSolar MPPT) and/or with alternating current (inverter/charger) from the grid or from an aggregate.
AC distribution
The AC distribution consists of a residual current circuit breaker (30 mA/16 A) and four AC outputs protected by two 10 A and two 16 A fuses. A 16A output is controlled by the AC input: it turns on only when AC power is available.
PowerAssist
The unique PowerAssist technology prevents overloading of the grid or generator power supply by adding additional power via the inverter whenever required.
Unique software for solar systems
Several software programs (wizards) are available to configure the system for various grid-connected or stand-alone applications.
